Crescent Point Announces Annual General Meeting Voting Results
Crescent Point Energy Corp. ("Crescent Point" or the "Company") (TSX:CPG)(NYSE:CPG) held its annual general meeting on May 24, 2017, in Calgary. Approximately 247 million shares, representing 45.25% of common shares, were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting.
During the regular business proceedings at the meeting, shareholders approved the election of all nominated directors.
Full voting results for all resolutions are below. For comparison, the Company has also included the voting results in favour of resolutions that were passed at last year's annual general meeting, which had 46.84% of common shares represented in person or by proxy.

DIVERGENT Energy Services Corp. Announces Acceptance of Director Resignation Pursuant to the Majority Voting Policy
DIVERGENT Energy Services Corp. (TSX VENTURE:DVG) ("Divergent" or the "Corporation") announces that the Corporation's board of directors (the "Board") has considered and accepted John Grisdale's resignation as a director of the Corporation, effective May 17, 2017, pursuant to the Corporation's majority voting policy (the "Majority Voting Policy").
The Majority Voting Policy states that in the event a director is elected by less than a majority of the votes cast at an uncontested meeting of shareholders, the director must resign his position as director. Such was the case at the Corporation's recent annual and special meeting of shareholders with respect to Mr. Grisdale's election.
Ken Bagan, Chairman of Divergent, states; "Mr. Grisdale was a valuable resource to the Board of Divergent, we thank him for his service and contributions since 2015 and wish him the very best in his future endeavours."
The Corporation's Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee has begun the process to identify a candidate to fill the vacancy on the Board.
